Still unable to register or verify?

If none of the above options match your issue, you may need to contact the Authority, Project team, or raise a request with the AWARD Helpdesk (click Submit a Ticket button).


When contacting the AWARD Helpdesk, please include:

  • The AWARD® URL you are using
  • Your organisation name
  • The email address you attempted to register with
  • The project you are trying to access (if applicable)
