If you are having difficulty verifying your AWARD® account or registering for a project, this article helps you identify the most common issues and directs you to the correct next step.
Most common verification and registration issues
Select the option that best describes what you are experiencing:
- Verification email not received
- Use this option if you have registered or been sent a verification link but cannot find the verification email.
- Forgotten registration password
- Use this option if you no longer remember the password you set during registration and need to reset it.
- Registration link opens an unexpected screen
- Use this option if you click a registration or verification link and do not reach the AWARD® login page.
- Account is not active
- Use this option if you have registered but receive an “Account Not Active” warning when trying to log in.
- Registration link redirects to existing AWARD projects
- Use this option if a registration link takes you to your AWARD home page instead of allowing you to complete registration.
- Unable to register – duplicate user email
- Use this option if you see a message indicating your email address is already registered.
- Unable to register – duplicate company name
- Use this option if you cannot register because the organisation name is already in use.
- Unable to complete Open Registration – response team already exists
- Use this option if, when registering via Open Registration, you are told a response team already exists for the project.
Still unable to register or verify?
If none of the above options match your issue, you may need to contact the Authority, Project team, or raise a request with the AWARD Helpdesk (click Submit a Ticket button).
When contacting the AWARD Helpdesk, please include:
- The AWARD® URL you are using
- Your organisation name
- The email address you attempted to register with
- The project you are trying to access (if applicable)
