This article is for suppliers who have registered for AWARD® but see an “Account Not Active” message when attempting to log in.
What this message means
The “Account Not Active” message usually means your AWARD® user account has not yet been verified.
All new supplier user accounts must be verified via a verification email link before access to AWARD® is allowed.

What to check first
1. Confirm your account has been verified
You must click the verification link sent to you by email during registration.
If you have not completed this step, your account will remain inactive.
If you cannot find the verification email, see the article: Verification email not received
2. Check you are using the correct login details
If you are confident you have verified your account:
- Ensure you are using the correct AWARD® URL
- Check you are logging in with the correct username and password
Using login details from a different AWARD® account or environment can also result in an Account Not Active message.
If you still cannot log in
If you:
- Cannot locate the verification email, or
- Believe your account has already been verified but the message persists
Please contact:
- The Project team, or
- The AWARD Helpdesk (submit a ticket using the link)
They can confirm your account status and, if required, send a new verification link.
Important to know
- You cannot access AWARD® until your account is verified
- Attempting to log in before verification will continue to show “Account Not Active”
- Verifying your account does not create a new user — it activates the one already registered
