This article is for suppliers who click a registration or verification link for AWARD® but do not reach the AWARD® login page.
What this issue means
In some cases, clicking a registration or verification link from an email does not open correctly and instead displays an unexpected screen such as Access Denied

This is usually caused by email security systems modifying links before they are delivered.
What to do next
Copy and paste the link into your browser
Instead of clicking the link in the email:
- Copy the full registration or verification link from the email
- Paste it directly into your browser’s address bar
- Press Enter
This often resolves the issue immediately.
Why this happens
Some email systems add hidden characters to links as part of security scanning.
These characters can prevent AWARD® links from opening correctly when clicked.
Copying and pasting the link removes these characters and allows the link to work as intended.

This issue is related to email security, not your AWARD® account
- You do not need a new registration link in most cases
- If the issue persists after copying and pasting the link, contact the Project team or AWARD Helpdesk
