This article is for suppliers who have started registering for AWARD® but cannot remember the password they set during registration.
What this issue means
During registration, you are asked to create a password for your AWARD® user account.
If you cannot remember this password, you will be unable to complete registration or log in until it is reset.
How to reset your registration password
- Open the verification email you received during registration
- Click the link in the email
- On the AWARD® login page, select Forgotten password instead of logging in
- Follow the on‑screen steps to reset your password
Your username is shown in the verification email and will be needed to complete the reset.
What happens next
Once your password has been successfully reset:
- Your AWARD® account will be updated immediately
- You will be able to log in using your new password
- You will automatically be included in the project or opportunity you registered for
Important to know
- Resetting your password does not create a new account
- You do not need to re‑register after resetting your password
