Error - Evidence items from Esourcing do not match Existing evidence items

If the Evidence Items in your eSourcing system and AWARD® no longer match—typically because sourcing questions were updated after the items were imported into AWARD®—you’ll need to re-import the Evidence Items. Before doing this, the existing Evidence Items must be deleted. Please note: this step is irreversible, so follow the instructions below carefully. 

 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Delete Existing Evidence Items

  • Go to: Project Setup > Questions > View Evidence Items > Manage Evidence Items
  • Select only the Evidence you wish to replace
  • Click Delete
    ⚠️ Please be aware this action cannot be undone.

2. Re-import Evidence Items

  • Click: Import Evidence Items from eSourcing
  • Navigate to the correct ITT
  • Select the envelopes you wish to import
  • Proceed with the import

3. Remap Evidence Items to Questions
After import, the Evidence Items will not be automatically mapped to questions. To map them:

  • Go to: Project Setup > Questions
  • Click on each relevant question to open the View Question page
  • Scroll to the Evidence Items section
  • Click Add, then select the appropriate Evidence Item
     Repeat this for all unmapped questions and items.

 

Note - deleting evidence items only will not delete your questions or alter any work assignments.
