Setup and run Evaluation and Moderation

Before you can run an evaluation or moderation (consensus) in your project you will need to configure AWARD^® to reflect the work you wish to assign to your project team.

In AWARD^®, Exercises represent the main phases of your project, for example; Compliance, Evaluation, Consensus. To find out more about creating an exercise click here.

 "Exercises" are used to manage and view the project teams work-load.

Before your project team can enter their question responses you will need to ensure:

• Work assignments are set up correctly
• The Exercise (and Project) is Active
