In an Exercise, Assessors are assigned to specific criteria (questions), which they will then score. Once assigned to the assessor, these questions (criteria) will be available to them for scoring. The evaluation process typically involves two stages. During the Evaluation Stage, multiple users independently score the bids. This is followed by the Moderation or Consensus Stage, where the final scores are collectively agreed upon.
The work assignment process remains consistent across all stages of the exercise. However, it's important to note that work assignments do not carry over from one exercise to the next. Each exercise is treated independently in terms of work assignments.
Before any user can be assigned work in a project, they must first be created at the account level by your AWARD® Administrator. This ensures that all users are properly set up and ready to participate in the project.
