Registration link redirects to existing AWARD® projects

This article is for suppliers who click a registration or verification link but are taken to their AWARD® home page or existing projects instead of being able to complete registration.

 

What this issue means

This usually happens when you already have an active AWARD® session open in your browser.

When an existing session is detected, AWARD® redirects you to your home page rather than continuing with the registration process.

 

What to do next

Close all active AWARD® sessions

  1. Close all browser windows
  2. Make sure any AWARD® tabs are fully closed
  3. Reopen your browser
  4. Open the registration link again

You may also need to refresh your browser before retrying the link.

 

Important to know

  • This is a session‑related issue, not a problem with your registration
  • You do not usually need a new registration link
  • Closing all browser windows is normally enough to resolve the issue
