Updating the Email Address on the "Account Not Active" Screen


If you need to customise the email address displayed on the "Account not Active" screen in AWARD, follow these simple steps to redirect user enquiries to a different email address of your choice, rather than the default Commerce Decisions support email.

Here's how you can do it:

 

  1. Access the Account Settings Page:  Start by logging into your AWARD account and navigating to the Administration section.
  2. Navigate to the Account Settings:  Once in the Administration section, click on "Account" to access your account settings.
  3. Edit the Contact Information: Scroll down to the Contact section on the Account settings page.
  4. Update Administrator Email: In the "Administrator Email" field, replace the existing email address with the email address where you want to redirect user inquiries. For example, you can enter your new administration email address.
  5. Set Administrator Name: Optionally, you can update the "Administrator Name" field with the desired contact name, which will be displayed alongside the new email address.
  6. Save Your Changes: Don't forget to click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

 

After completing these steps, your specified email address will replace the default email address on the "Account not Active" screen, ensuring that user inquiries are directed to the appropriate contact.
