Before the Score Transformation function can be used it must first be enabled on your account by the Commerce Decisions Customer Success Team. Please submit a ticket to request this.
Once enabled on your account, Score Transformation is switched on at the project level by a project manager or project support user. Please follow the steps below to enable Score Transformation within your project.
- From the AWARD Home Page, click the appropriate Project. The Project Home Page will be displayed.
- Navigate to Project > Setup > Tools > Advanced Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Enable Score Transformations.
- Type Confirm and click Accept to enable the functionality. This cannot be reversed.
- A confirmation message will show, click Close to return to the previous screen
