Enabling scoring transformation

Before the Score Transformation function can be used it must first be enabled on your account by the Commerce Decisions Customer Success Team. Please submit a ticket to request this.  

Once enabled on your account, Score Transformation is switched on at the project level by a project manager or project support user. Please follow the steps below to enable Score Transformation within your project.

  1. From the AWARD Home Page, click the appropriate Project. The Project Home Page will be displayed.
  2. Navigate to Project > Setup > Tools > Advanced Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Enable Score Transformations
  4. Type Confirm and click Accept to enable the functionality. This cannot be reversed. 
  5. A confirmation message will show, click Close to return to the previous screen
