If the AWARD® Evaluation Project contains different Lots that you can bid for, then when submitting your bid, you may have the option to select the Lots you wish to bid for. A Manage Lots button will appear on the homepage of the AWARD Project.
Please note that if the system has been configured to allow the Authority to select the Lot assignment for you, then this Manage Lots button will not be available.
If the system has been configured to allow you to select which Lots you want, however, you can click this Manage Lots button, which will take you to a list of the available Lots you can bid for. You must select the Lots you wish to bid for on this page.
Once you've selected and added the relevant Lots, click the Update Response button the Project homepage to be taken to the Responses page, where the Lots that were selected will appear.
From here, you can respond to each Lot in the same manner as you would for submitting a bid against a non-Lot Project. More information regarding this process can be found here.
