If you are unable to log in to AWARD®, this article helps you identify the most common reasons and directs you to the correct next step.
Most common login issues
Select the option that best describes what you are experiencing:
- Forgotten username or password
- Use this option if you know you no longer have your login details and need to recover them.
- Username or Password are not recognised
- Use this option if you are trying to log in, have entered your details, and received a message saying they are not recognised.
- AWARD® User Account Locked
- Use this option if you are being prevented from logging in due to your account being locked.
- Account is Inactive
- Use this option if you can reach the login page but are unable to access AWARD® because your account is inactive.
- Password reset link does not work or has expired (Invalid Password Token)
- Use this option if you have received a password reset email but cannot complete the reset.
- Password or username recovery options not working
- Use this option if you have attempted recovery and your details are not recognised or no recovery email is sent.
Still unable to log in?
If none of the above options match your issue, you may need to raise a Helpdesk Support request. When doing so, please include:
- The AWARD® URL you are using
- Your known username (if available)
- Your organisation
