You are trying to upload a document to AWARD® but get an error code e.g. 8 or 16
What this usually means is the Firewall scanner (Sophos in AWARD®'s case) does not like something about the file you are trying to to upload. Often this will be related to a password protected file which is part of your document upload.
Two options:
- Remove the password(s) from the file and re-upload (recommended)
- Set the project to allow unscanned uploads (only Project Manager can do this):
Project > Setup > Tools > Project Properties > Advanced Settings
