Projects Groups are clusters of projects that may have a unified theme or the same owner. They are easy ways to organise your projects.
To administer Project Groups you must either:
- Be an AWARD Administrator
- Have 'Create Project' enabled on your User Profile.
Add/Amend Project Groups
Project groups are amended and created via My AWARD > My Projects > Project Groups
You can view all the assigned projects and owners associated with a project group by clicking on the Project Groups button and then clicking on the group name to view it.
Assign other users
You can assign the Project Groups to include other users, so that they may also include projects in the Group.
To add a new user to a project group, click the Project Groups button > select the appropriate project group > Assigned Owners > Assign
Assign (unassigned) Projects
You can assign Projects that have not already been assigned to a group to a project group> click the Project Groups button > select the appropriate project group > Assigned Projects> Assign
