Scenario:
User has been added to a project but the project is not showing up in their project list.
Solution:
Assuming the user account is active and they have successfully logged in to AWARD®, a project is usually not visible to an assessor because of one or more of the below. (Click the links to find out how to perform these actions.)
- User has not been added to the project
- User has not been assigned any work
- The project status is not active
- The exercise status is not active
Note: These tasks can only be undertaken by a project manager
