How to update your user details.
As a user there are certain details you can update in your own account. Note you will need to be logged in to AWARD® to make these changes:
- Email address
- Display name
- Platform
- Time zone
- Change Password
How to update your user profile:
Click on your profile name (top tight hand corner of AWARD) > Edit > update details as desired > Save
Note: While it is possible to change the User Name on your account, this can only be done by an AWARD account administrator or by contacting the AWARD Helpdesk, however, it is not a recommended action.
