Click the Create Button on your My Projects screen to create a new project.
To be able to create a new project, a user must be set up with the Account Role: Create Projects.
Only AWARD® Administrators can assign this Role to a user.
This action is performed via Administration > Users tab > Click on user's display name link to view
Scroll down to Account Roles and click the edit button
Tick "Create Project" and Save
