Invalid password token

You have received an email with a password reset token, but when you click on the link you get a message "the supplied password reset reset token is invalid".

To generate a new token, enter your user name and email address in the supplied fields, then click 'Reset Password'

If you have entered valid details, a new password token will be immediately generated and sent to your inbox. 

Please check your spam / junk folders if you do not see the email.

Note:  Self generated passwords tokens will expire after 20 minutes, so it is recommended that you reset the password straight away.
