Invalid password token

You've received an email containing a password reset token. However, when you click the provided link, an error message stating "The supplied password reset token is invalid" appears.

To resolve this issue and generate a new token, follow these steps:

  1. Enter Your Details: Fill in your username and email address in the designated fields.
  2. Reset Password: Click the 'Reset Password' button.

If the details you provide are valid, a new password reset token will be instantly generated and sent to your email inbox. If you can't find the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folders.

Important notes:

    Passwords tokens sent by an AWARD Administrator will expire after 72 hours.

    Self-generated password tokens will expire after 20 minutes. It's highly recommended to reset your password promptly to ensure the token's validity.
