CDP Standard Information Template

In preparation for the Procurement Act, you can now import CDP (Central Digital Platform) Standard Information data into your AWARD® project via a template.

This process involves importing suppliers' responses as Evidence Items, which can then be used to create questions in your project. A new button on the evidence items import screen will facilitate this process.

Note: When Procurement is enabled in your AWARD® tenant, suppliers can use their “Share Code” to directly import their responses into the project.

How importing the Template works in AWARD®:

  1. From the project Home page, go to Questions
  2. Select View Evidence Items.
  3. Click on Manage Evidence Items
  4. Click the Templates button.
  5. A list of available templates will be presented.
  6. Select the desired template and click Import
  7. The Standard Information questions will be imported as evidence items into your project, where you can use them to create questions.

The Templates feature is a standard update and included as part of all AWARD® Licence packages.
