How to Use the Technical Help Files Section
Our technical files are restricted to verified customers. If you are an existing customer and would like access to the full suite of technical guides, please either:
- Log in to the Support portal using the "Login" button at the top of this page
- Click the "Help & Guidance" link at the top of your AWARD® screen (you will need to be logged into AWARD®)
or - If you don't already have login details, please click the "sign up" button at the top of this page.
If you have issues logging in, please submit a ticket. A member of our Customer Success team will assist you.
If you attempt to register and the system informs you that the email address is already in use, please submit a ticket and request access. Our team will then send you a verification link to proceed.
