Assign (Map) Evidence Items to Questions

You can assign one or more Evidence Items to a selected Question from the View Question page, or you can assign one Evidence Item to one or more Questions as follows:

1. From the AWARD 6 Home Page, click the appropriate Project. The Project Home Page will be displayed.
2. Click the Setup option on the toolbar.
3. Click Questions in the left-hand navigator. The Questions page is displayed.
4. Click View Evidence Items. The Question hierarchy will be displayed with any mapped Evidence items.
5. Select the Question(s) you wish to assign to Evidence Items.
6. Click Assign Items. The Assign Items page appears listing the Question(s) you have selected and the existing Evidence Items.
7. You have the option to replace the existing Question Instructions on the selected Question(s) with the Instructions on the Evidence Item(s). To do this check the Replace Question Instructions with Evidence Item Instructions box. Alternatively, you can manually modify the Instructions later if required.
8. Select the Evidence Item(s) to be assigned to the Questions.
9. Click Save. You will be returned to the Evidence Items View of the Questions, with the appropriate mapping(s) created.

To remove Evidence Item mappings from Questions, select the Question(s) and click Remove Items.
