If you have been given access to a project (portal) but are struggling to find it, the first thing to check is that you are in the correct project. Note, this may be a different project from the project you are currently viewing e.g. from clicking a link relating to a message.
To access the portal:
- Close any messages or AWARD pages to return to the Project home screen.
- If you do not see the project portal here, click Close Project to be taken to the AWARD home screen
- You will be presented with a list of 1 or more projects. Please select and open the appropriate project.
- From the Project Home screen you should see the response portal.
- Click Update Response to enter your answers.
