Can't attach documents to Clarification

Scenario: 

You are a bidder and trying attach a document to a clarification, however you cannot see any option to upload.

 

Solution:

The project setup will affect your ability to do this.

Sometimes is is only possible to attach an existing system document to a clarification (e.g. to reference it in relation to your query).

However, if the authority have instructed you to attach a document via a clarification; to upload a NEW document you must first SEND the clarification.

Once you have hit send, reopen the clarification.

You will now have the option to UPLOAD your new document.

On rare occasions you may get a warning message advising "there are no document groups which you have access to". This issue can only be fixed by the project team. Please contact the Authority (you will need to send them a clarification) or if the issue is urgent please submit a ticket to the AWARD Helpdesk.
