This article explains how new users can get access to AWARD®.
It does not explain how to sign in — see Logging in to AWARD if you already have credentials.
AWARD® is a web‑based application accessed through a web browser. Each customer has their own AWARD® instance, which is accessed using a unique URL.
New users
If you are new to AWARD®, you will need to request your login details from your local AWARD® administrator. They are responsible for creating user accounts and assigning access. If you are unsure who your local AWARD® administrator is, contact your internal support team.
Existing users
If you already have an AWARD® account but are unable to log in, please refer to the: following page.
If you are an MOD DSP user please review the following page.
Using external eSourcing systems
If you use an external eSourcing system (such as Jaggaer), you will still need a separate set of login details for AWARD®.
You may see a legacy button in Jaggaer labelled “Export to AWARD”. This button is no longer in use and should be ignored.
Project managers and evaluation panels
If you are a project manager planning to run an Evaluation in AWARD®, we recommend requesting logins for all evaluation panel members well in advance. This helps avoid delays once the evaluation is ready to start.
