Allowing an Assessor Access to an Authority Query Documents

Scenario

An assessor needs to view an Authority Query Documents, which are typically restricted to users with Project Manager, Project Support, or Stakeholder roles.

Resolution

To grant read-only access to Authority Query documents for an assessor:

1. Create a Work Group that includes the assessor.
2. Assign read-only permissions to the relevant Authority Query Document Group.

Note: The Authority Query Document Group will only become visible after at least one document has been released by the Project Manager.
