Selecting and Opening Subfolders in a Document Group

When working with folders in a document group, you can use keyboard shortcuts to quickly expand folders and select multiple documents more efficiently.

Expanding Folders and Subfolders

To expand a folder and all of its subfolders at once:

  • Use: Shift + Click on the folder name

Note: This shortcut does not work at the Document Group level. Using it there may produce unexpected results, so it's best to avoid it at that level.

Selecting a Range of Documents

Once you've expanded the relevant folders, you can select multiple documents using the Shift + Click method:

  1. Click the first document in the list.
  2. Hold Shift and click the last document you want to select.
  3. All documents between the two (including those in any expanded subfolders) will be selected.

Important:

The “Select All” checkbox will select all documents, including those in collapsed folders. If you only want to select a specific range, use Shift + Click instead.
