User is unable to see documents

Issue:

Work Groups have been set up, and the user is a member of the Work Group.  However the user is unable to view the required documents.


Resolution

To be able to view these documents, the user also needs to be set up as a Document User.

Ensure the user has been given Document User rights. [Click here for guidance]


Scenario:

If an Assessor User needs to access Documents without being assigned to any Questions (i.e., they are not required to score), this can be enabled by checking the Document User option on the Edit Project User page.


Work Groups must then be used to assign access to the relevant Document Groups.
