Assessors cannot see Document Groups

If assessors are unable to view a Document Group, there are two key areas to check:

 

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check Question Assignments
    Ensure that the relevant questions have been assigned to the Document Group. If no questions are linked, assessors won’t have visibility of the documents.
  2. Check Assessor Assignments
    Confirm that the assessors have been assigned to the appropriate questions. Without this link, they won’t be able to access the associated Document Group.
