Account is inactive

If you try to login to AWARD® and see your account is INACTIVE you will need to contact the Authority AWARD® account administrator to get your account reinstated.

If you are trying to access an older (legacy) AWARD® account you may need to reach out to the AWARD® helpdesk who will be able to assist you accessing any archived data.   

Although, it is first recommended you check you have accessed the correct AWARD® account (URL).
