User can't expand report headings - icons are missing (usually due to Browser or companies security settings)
1 user affected - Set the profile platform to script free
- Click on your username (Top right hand corner of AWARD®)
- Set the Platform to Script Free > Save
All / multiple users affected:
Set account to Use Web Fonts NO (can only be done by an AWARD Administrator)
Administration > Account Settings > Account Details > Edit Use Web Fonts
