Troubleshooting Checklist
- Project Status
- Ensure the project is set to Active.
- Exercise Status
- Confirm the exercise within the project is also set to Active.
- User Status
- Check that the assessor’s user account is Active.
- Work Assignment
- Verify that the assessor has been assigned work within the project., such as questions or submissions.
