Assessor Cannot See the Project

If an assessor is unable to access or view a project, there are a few key settings to check:


Troubleshooting Checklist

  1. Project Status
    •     Ensure the project is set to Active.
  2. Exercise Status
    • Confirm the exercise within the project is also set to Active.
  3. User Status
    • Check that the assessor’s user account is Active.
  4. Work Assignment
    • Verify that the assessor has been assigned work within the project., such as questions or submissions.
