If you’ve forgotten your AWARD® username or password, you can recover them from the login screen.
Resetting your details from the login screen
- On the AWARD® login page, select Forgotten password or Forgotten username.
- Enter your username or email address.
- This must be the email address already linked to your AWARD® account.
- Submit the request.
If the details you enter are valid:
- A username reminder or password reset token is generated immediately.
- An email is sent to your inbox.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Password reset tokens
- Password reset tokens are self‑generated.
- Each token expires after 20 minutes.
- For best results, reset your password as soon as the email arrives.
If the token expires, you’ll need to repeat the reset process from the login screen.
Differences in the login screen
Depending on your version of AWARD®, the login screen may look slightly different.
- In some versions (see Figure 2), if an incorrect password is entered, AWARD® automatically sends an email notification to the registered email address.
- This email confirms that an invalid password attempt was made and helps prompt a reset if required.
