If you have a question that you would like to ask of the authority you can create a Clarification from the Communication area. A Clarification message is sent to the authority and will not be visible to other Suppliers (but will be visible to other users assigned to your Supplier Account).
Once the authority has responded to your Clarification you will receive an email alert. Please follow the link within the email to read the authorities response. If you have any further questions you should raise this as a new Clarification. Any replies to the automated alerts will not be sent to the authority.
