In Data Room projects, users with the Data Room User role must be added to a Work Group in order to view or interact with documents. If they haven’t been assigned to a Work Group, they won’t have access to any documents—even if they’ve been added to the project.
It’s also important to note that Data Room User roles are different from Document User roles in Evaluation Projects.
